Kacie Tisdale Robertus
Nurse Practitioner
Kacie began her medical career 17 years ago. Her career has involved taking care of women in an OB/GYN practice, family practice, rural healthcare, and urgent care. In 2014 she was given the opportunity to start doing aesthetic and wellness medicine; and a love was born.

Since 2014; Kacie has worked with multiple practices to develop their aesthetic programs and provide quality aesthetic care.
In early 2019, Kacie achieved a dream and opened her own small business, Elan MedSpa. Elans’ vision and practice culture reflects things near and dear to her heart- wellness, family, beauty, and healthy aging.

When not at work you’ll find Kacie enjoying all that Montana outdoors’ has to offer. Her spare time is spent enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with her three daughters and family.
Tawnya Yarger
Esthetician
Tawnya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Elan Medical team. She has been an esthetician for the last 8 years specializing in Medspa services. Her knowledge and passion for skincare and skin treatments is surpassed by none!
In her free time she enjoys time with her boys at home and traveling with her husband.
Melissa Donahue
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
My name is Melissa Donahue and I am an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Elan Med Spa. I started out my nursing career in the ICU and have been there for the last 16 years. My love for aesthetics has taken me to this new adventure in life. I am certified in neuromodulators, fillers, microneedling, PDO threads and lasers. I find all of this incredibly exciting. Aesthetics, as in General Medicine, is constantly changing and I love learning especially from other injectors so that I can provide an experience that is tailored to each individual need and desire.

I love working for Kacie at Elan Med Spa because she has so much experience in so many different areas and I am constantly learning from her. I also love the people I work with at Elan, their cumulative experience gives the clients at Elan Med Spa such a well-rounded experience where all their needs can be met in one spot.
I grew up in Billings and married my husband Mitch here. We moved around and lived in some big cities during his football years but knew that we wanted to raise our children here. We have two grown children Dylan and Devon and a great addition to our family our son-in-law Christian. I adore spending time with my family and friends and love that I can stay in the medical field in such a fun way that is still helping people feel confident.
